TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to Rune Deep. By accessing our infrastructure, you agree to become a node in the Substrate.

1. Acceptance of Protocol

By initializing a connection to Rune Deep services ("Services"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must terminate your connection immediately.

2. The Substrate License

Rune Deep grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the synthesized intent vectors provided by our API. You agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer the Model Weights or the homomorphic encryption keys.
• Inject adversarial noise aimed at destabilizing the Federated Learning consensus.
• Use the Service for any purpose that violates international data sovereignty laws.

3. Intellectual Property

The "Substrate" architecture, "Rune Deep" brand, and the underlying "Intent Engine" algorithms are the exclusive property of Rune Deep Inc. The "Security Triangle" methodology (FL + DP + HE) is patent-pending.

4. Liability & Warranty

The Service is provided "AS IS". Rune Deep makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy of predictive intent. In a post-scarcity cognitive economy, the definition of "loss" is variable; however, Rune Deep shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to sever your connection to the Substrate at any time, for any reason, without notice. Upon termination, your cryptographic keys will be revoked and any local model states will be purged.
